LIST OF FEES
These maximum tariffs will be applicable when the number of service providers is limited or insufficient to guarantee competition, once they are approved by the APAC Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of Article 125.2.d) of the TRLPEMM.
These tariffs are per service regardless of the number of tugboats used in the manoeuvre.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Escort Service
Includes the manoeuvre necessary to escort a vessel from the landfall points to the inland area of the vessel in case of entry to the port, or the reverse operation in case of departure.
Required complementary conditions
- For the movement, transfer, anchoring and similar services of dredgers, barges, pontoons, barges, platforms, caisson docks, concrete caissons and floating devices, including those that provide their services within the internal waters of the port, in any of the docks, a rate of € 950 per hour will be applied:
- For each tugboat of power < 2x1,550 K.W., 950 €/hour (from the departure of its berth).
- For each tug with power >2x1,550 K.W. and <2x2,900 K.W., 1.150 €/hour (from departure from its berth).
- For each tug with power >2x2,900 K.W., 1,500 €/hour (from the departure of your berth).
- For anchoring/unanchoring services, the corresponding berthing/unberthing rate will be applied.
- Services to change a vessel to another berth within the same dock will be discounted by twenty-five percent (25%) of the base rate for a single service. Amendments at the same berth shall be billed as a single service with such discount.
- For services cancelled less than 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time, thirty percent (30%) of what would have been billed had the service been performed will be billed.
- Services for vessels without engine (in the service area) or in dry dock shall be charged at 100%.
- Special services, escort (as a specific service), stand-by and pushing shall be charged at the hourly rate:
- For each tugboat of power <2x1,550 K.W., 950 €/hour (from departure from its berth.
- For each tug with power >2x1,550 K.W and <2x2,900 K.W., 1.150 €/hour (from the departure of its berth).
- For each power tug >2x2,900 K.W., 1,500 €/hour (from the departure of its berth).
- In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes in carrying out the manoeuvre for reasons attributable to the vessel, a surcharge of 10% is established.
- In the event that the delay is attributable to the provider, failing to comply with the response time by more than 30 minutes, the provider will apply a discount to the tariff of the same amount as the surcharge established for the vessel in the previous paragraph.
ENTRY AND EXIT VESSELS STANDARD
Tankers and those carrying goods of special dangerousness and its dead weight equal or greater than 15,000 TM and ships with fault or newly repaired, shall be accompanied by a tugboat escort, save to determine the Harbour Master in this regard.
