Actions approved under the Kingdom of Spain’s PRTR with funding from the Recovery and Resilience Facility’s NextGenerationEU for APAC
The National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR, for its initials in Spanish) is organised as an instrument supported by the European Union that is designed to mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic and transform society, so as to modernise the productive fabric, drive “decarbonisation” and respect for the environment, promote digitisation, improve the structures and resources allotted to research and training, and, in the end, make society more able to recover from problems like the Pandemic.
