Passenger
Passenger embarkation and disembarkation service, including the organisation, control and use of the necessary resources to permit access by passengers from the marine terminal or the docks to the passenger vessels and vice-versa.
Luggage loading and unloading service, involving the organisation, control and, where necessary, use of the necessary resources for the reception of luggage on land, its identification and loading on board the vessel in the indicated location, as well as the collection of luggage on board the vessel from the indicated locations, transferring it on land and delivering it to each of the passengers.
Passenger vehicle loading and unloading service, including the organisation, control and where necessary, the use of the necessary resources to transfer vehicles to and from the dock or parking area and the vessel.
