The services of loading, stowage, unstowage, unloading and transfer of goods, which are the object of maritime traffic, are considered to form part of this port service, enabling the transfer thereof between vessels, or between vessels and land, or other means of transport. In order to take into consideration the activities included in the service, they must be conducted integrally within the port service area, and have an immediate, direct connection with specific loading and unloading or transfer operations from a determined vessel.
