Different services
This charge shall be paid for the provision of any other service rendered by the Port Authority not listed in the foregoing, such as beaching carts, port cleaning, etc.

(*) Gear from vessels whose home port is A Coruña and which is the property of a shipowner authorised for the use of premises in the Oza Dock shall be exempt from paying said amounts.
(**) In the case of gear from vessels whose home port is A Coruña and which is the property of a shipowner authorised for the use of a premises in the Oza Dock, the charge shall be €57.49.
The charger for the use of beached carts is abolished, and there are no new beading operations since the approval and entry into force of this tariff update.
A temporary transitory regime is established until the total release of the beached carts, for vessels or devices currently staying in the carriage of beached for the amount of 93.83 € / day, until the final descent of the car.
To the resulting amount will be added the amount of 43.97 €, for the final operation of lowering of said facility to be the case.
Waste included in this scope of this rate
Commercial and industrial waste, produced within the service area of the port of A Coruña, is understood as that covered by the definition appearing in Article 3 of Law 22/2011, of 28 July, on waste and contaminated soils, and which has been generated by the companies conducting their business in the port's public domain.
Domestic waste is understood as that generated in households as a consequence of domestic activities and those similar to the foregoing generated in services and industries.
Producer Categories
Two waste producer categories are established:
- Producers of commercial or industrial waste: These are those users holding licences, concessions or authorisations included in the following groups:
- Licences for stevedoring, loading or unloading in the Port of A Coruña
- Holders of concessions in respect of the following activities:
- handling, marketing and/or storage of fresh, refrigerated or frozen fisheries products
- catering or other service activities
- marine supplies and chandlery
- Holders of authorisations in respect of the following activities:
- handling, marketing and/or storage of fresh, refrigerated or frozen fisheries products.
- catering or other service activities
- Holders of concessions or authorisations which, owing to their specific activity, generate of waste of one or more of the types included in the commercial or industrial waste categories.
- Producers of domestic waste: Concessions and/or authorisation holders, in the Port of A Coruña, which are not defined as producers of commercial or industrial waste.
Application of the charge
- Producers of commercial or industrial waste:
- This charge shall be applicable when these users fail to provide the Port Authority with proof of having current and up-to-date contracted waste management company.
- Accreditation shall require the submission of a contract with a waste management company duly authorised by the Port Authority of A Coruña, in accordance with the Specific Technical Specifications for granting authorisation to provide commercial waste management services in the Port of A Coruña.
- Producers of domestic waste:
- This charge shall be applied directly, without prior request, unless the user submits the documentation required to accredit having contracted the service, as indicated for producers of commercial or industrial waste.
Charge amount
The following rates are set, which shall be applied to the total m2 area of the authorisation or concession to which the charge is applicable:

Other considerations
- In the case of waste from quays or esplanades resulting from freight depositing or handling operations, the rate (€25/m2) shall be applied to the maximum area occupied.
- Those concessions or authorisations which have a facility whose purpose is included among those specified for consideration as a producer of commercial or industrial waste shall also be subject to the application of the charge under the conditions specified above.
- In the case of goods removed by the control and inspection services at border controls, the waste producer shall be understood to be the representative of the goods, or the importer/ exporter thereof (Law 22/2011).
This charge is applicable to those chargeable bodies which, being obliged to carry out the collection, transport and storage of this type of waste through authorised plants, fail to periodically accredit the same by submitting the corresponding Commercial Documents, with the Port Authority having to deal with the aforesaid waste management.
The settlement basis for the charge shall be the area granted, at a rate of 25 €/m2/year.
This includes the occupation and use of the rail tracks on the different quays, the handling of which, alone or in convoy, is the exclusive responsibility of rail operators, subsequent to a request from the owner of the goods for authorisation to use the Port's rail network. The rail operator shall assume full responsibility for the traffic, providing traction at its own expense, and safeguarding the progress of the convoy in accordance with current legislation.

It includes the use of the ramp of stranded property owned by the Port Authority of A Coruña located in the Oza Basin and in the Marina Basin, establishing an amount of:

It is understood by double operation, the ascent and descent (or descent and rise) of a same boat in a period of 48 hours.
All the necessary means to carry out the operations must be made available by the user, who must have the corresponding authorization from the Port Authority of A Coruña.
Professional fishing vessels, vessels for port services and those belonging to government agencies are exempt from this tariff. Companies that have an authorization or concession in the Port of A Coruña will have a 75% bonus on this tariff.
This fee does not imply authorization for the stay or deposit of boats in the service area of the port.
